What Verified means

The Verified Stay badge is not a rating. It means VerifiedStay has checked specific, measurable facts about the listing.

The six checkpoints

    Real existence

    The property exists at the stated address.

  2. 2

    Owner / manager

    The person managing the property has been identified.

  3. 3

    Property details

    Type, capacity and tourism licence number have been checked.

  4. 4

    Photos

    Photos match the actual property.

  5. 5

    Contact details

    Phone and email respond and belong to the manager.

  6. 6

    Key features

    Declared amenities (pool, view etc.) have been confirmed.

How verification works

  1. Application

    The owner submits the property details and supporting documents.

  2. Check

    We cross-check details, photos and contact info — by video call or visit where needed.

  3. Publish

    The listing goes live with the Verified Stay badge and an expiry date.

  4. Renewal

    Details are re-confirmed at every renewal.
