Casa Delicosta: an accommodation suggestion that combines luxurious simplicity with warmth and elegance for a pleasant stay, just 15 minutes from the city of Trikala, in Palaiomonastiro, at an ideal location for your excursions.

Harmoniously blending vintage elements with modern comforts and tasteful contemporary touches, we lovingly and carefully renovated in 2023 the two-story home of our beloved grandfather Delicostas, transforming it into two independent, fully equipped and luxurious apartments that can host up to 13 guests (max. 11 adults).

We are proud to offer high-quality vacation rental services in an exceptional accommodation suitable for every type of traveler, while preserving a feeling of warmth, familiarity and timeless hospitality.

Casting great attention to maintaining its original character and style, we finished renovating our beloved grandpa Delicosta’s house in December 2023. We transformed the house into two autonomous, traditional and elegant apartments, that were perfected with supreme materials as well as high-quality, fine furniture to provide valued guest experiences.

All guest areas are custom furnished and beautifully decorated, with wooden ceilings and floors, still evoking that immediate feeling of countryside warmth, openness and space.

Free private parking is offered for up to 2 cars, secured behind lockable gates.

Indugle in luxury at our apartments, each boasting two lavish master bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-diner, and a private bathroom. The ground floor unit beckons with an elegant sitting room, a secluded terrace, and an enchanting outdoor seating area amidst our lush garden oasis. Ascend to the first floor to discover a private balcony offering awe-inspiring vistas of majestic Itamos mountain.

Experience comfort and convenience in our ground floor apartment. The "Kamara" bedroom offers a double bed and a sofa bed that easily converts to a single bed, along with an HD LED TV for entertainment. Meanwhile, the "Ondas" bedroom provides versatility with two single beds that can seamlessly join to create a comfortable king-size bed, complemented by an HD Smart TV connected to the internet with access to Netflix.

In the beautifully appointed hallway, an elegant and comfortable daybed easily converts into a double bed, providing additional sleeping space while maintaining the home’s welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful design.

In our first-floor retreat, the spacious primary bedroom features a semi-double bed and a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements, accompanied by an HD LED TV with internet connectivity for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix. The second bedroom offers the flexibility of two single beds that seamlessly transform into a king-size bed, also equipped with an HD Smart TV connected to the internet for endless entertainment options. Your ultimate relaxation awaits, where every detail ensures a memorable stay.

Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe, which gives you plenty of storage. In addition, we have invested in the purchase of high-quality mattresses so that our guests have a comfortable and restful sleep, while mattress protectives offer full coverage. Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (a hand towel, a bath towel and slippers per person), as well as basic toiletries (shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, a toothbrush). The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.

Each kitchen is fully equipped with every single utensil and appliance needed so you can rest assured you'll be able to cook your favourite home dishes. Wooden cupboards house all the equipment needed for a self-catering stay. Each apartment features a fridge-freezer, a cooker, a kettle, a Nespresso espresso machine or an Illy espresso machine. There is also a filter coffee machine an electric Greek coffee pot in the ground floor apartment.

In addition to the dining table for 4 people and dining sets for at least 6 people, a drop-leaf table is positioned in every kitchen-diner providing additional seating or counter space if needed.
